Audit & Expert Opinions

Auditors are called upon to provide expert opinions for offer documents and opinions on financial reports which are the basis upon which the pricing and value of companies can be determined.

Companies which plan ahead and have several years of audited financial reports have a decided advantage over other new IPO opportunities and this can shorten the lead time required to list a company on IPO. Typically auditors will provide an expert opinion in the offer document to show investors what the company will look like once the proposed transactions, including the capital raising are completed.

Other experts can be called upon to present reports in offer documents, including geologists, scientists, lawyers, taxation advisers and investment bankers.
